   A:  1pc stock sample is free of charge with freight collect. 

        1pc customized sample is charged also with freight collect.

        And customized sample take 3-5 or 5-7 or 7-15days depend on detailed requirements.

2. Q:  What is your MOQ?

    A:  Normally MOQ is from 5000pcs to 10,000pcs.

         The price is good based on MOQ.

         For some items,  we can do it for 1000pcs.

3. Q:  Can your pens  be customized?

   A:  Sure, pen can be made as per your detailed requirements.

        Such as add logo, open an new mould, and so on.

4. Q:  Which payment way is workable?
