Question 1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
Answer: We are a factory, specializing in plastic products and mould, so we could provide the competitive price with good quality products.
Question 2: If our order qty cannot reach the MOQ, what will you do?
Answer: We will check if they are in stock, or we will check production if other customers order the same products, thus, we can produce together.
Question 3: What about your payment?
Answer: Usually we accept payment based on T/T, West union, mainly 30% deposit,balance T/T before shipment or B/L copy at sight. while if you require, L/C at sight is also acceptable for us.
Question 4: What about the sample arrangement?
Answer: We can offer you samples, while the sample fee and freight charges should paid by your side. Once you placed an order from us, the money will be refunded from your payment.
Question 5: How long about the delivery time?
Answer: Approx 15-20 days for mass production after order confirmed.
Question 6: what about the Customs clearance docs?
Answer: B/L (Bill Of Lading) , Invoice , Packing List (Optional: C/O,FORM A,FORM E,FORM F,FORM S etc.)
