Globe Components (P) Ltd is an associate company of Globe sttels (P) Ltd. We manufacture automotive compoents for motocycles ,passenger cars, LCV's and HCV's. We also manufacture parts for Tractors. We produce variety of auto partssuch as auto-electrical parts, fuel injectionparts, Transmission parts power steering parts.

We supply mtorcycle aprts to Royal Enfield motors, a company producing 350 cc and 500cc motocycles. We are the one and onyl source for the parts mentioned above to this company and we can proudly say that since 1996 every vehicle produced by this company has atleast one part made by us.

We are now looking to other motorcycle manufacturers to supply similar product/parts as per the drawing. Our associate company M/s.Globe Steels (P) Ltd who manufacturers special steel bright bars in cold drawn and celtreless peeled bars fors the basic raw amterial for us and here we ahve an advantage with respect to cost and delivery of raw amterial in time.

Our company has well qualifued, experienced engineers in production,planning and quality which ensures that we can manufacture components for any application at the hightest level of quality. 

We are equiped with latest state of the art machines such as CNC turning centres, VMC's and supported by Gear Shapping, Hobbing, Thread, Serration and spline rolling, Broaching, centreless and cylindrical grinding machines mostly imported from Japan.We also have an well equiped standards room with CMM, Boroscope, 2D height vernier and other related equpments.

The group is in the process of setting up a heat treatment unit with sealed quenched furnaces for case hardening and through hardening components. the heat treatment shop will be in operation from Apr'14. currently the heat treatment is carried with a dedicated vendor.
