1. Material: 0.23mm first grade tinplate metal (Other thickness are available).
2. Printing: 4 color process (CMYK) or pantone color printing.
3. Customize: Customize can be accept (various shape, sizes, color, printing, design)
4. MOQ: Due to mass printing and production set up, minimum order quantity is roughly 3,000 -
5,000pcs for large size and 10,000pcs for small size of tins.
5. Sample lead-time: 5 days after receipt of drawing.
6. Production lead-time: 10-15 days after approval of samples.
7. Payment term: T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment.)
8. Packing: Each in PP bag or in white paper box, suitable in a master carton.(Client own packing request can be accept.)
9. Delivery term: FOB China Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Hong Kong port.

A. Metal proofing sample is a distinctive process for showing the color effect on metal compared with paper. It is a separate process from mass production, and thus also cost money.

A: Before designing any graphics on a particular tin, we will furnish a dimensional layout for positioning graphics. According to the tin construction, this positioning information is very important to ensure the proper placement of artworks onto each panel of the tin.
