General description:
The MOBILE SERVICE STATIONS are complete Service Station closed inside an ISO container, for dispense and storage 14.200 or 40.000 liters of 1 or 2 products (Diesel or/and Gasoline). Custom designed according the client needs.
Can be moved easily and can be closed safely. Easy and fast commissioning and reduced works.
Specifications:
-Cabinet made from 1st trip ISO Container Dry-Van 20' or Dry-Van 40'. Equipped with ventilation grids, Removable Ladder, Roof’s Access Cover to tank’s manhole, Retention Tray and non-slip grating under dispenser area.
-Double Wall Tank, fully tested and certified according BS EN 12285-2 Class A, with leak detector.
-Steel piping welded and tested.
-Suction Line 1.1/2” equipped with a mesh filter, anti siphon valve and cut valve.
-Fuel Loading line 4”, inlet near dispenser area, with CAMLOK connection, down pipe and overfill prevention valve adjusted at 95% of tank’s capacity.
-Venting: 2” vent pipe with atmospheric vent valve and filter.
-Pneumatic level gauge, dipstick and capacity table.
-Internal Lighting
-Dispenser TOKHEIM or DRESSER WAYNE
-Warranty period of the tank, piping, saddles, and access covers: 3 years
-Warranty period of the dispenser, valves, gaskets, gauges and fittingsaccording to manufacturer.

-Basic Mobile Diesel Service Station with 14.200L tank and 40L/min Dispenser.
-Basic Mobile Diesel Service Station with 40.000L tank and 40L/min Dispenser.
