PVC Spiral Y junction ventilation mining/tunnel duct
Our tunnel and mining duct is suitable for high power strong ventilation fan which has been used in digging and coal mines with high gas content.
1. Material: made of strong biaxial polyester. Using double skin coated craft to stick the PVC fabric with high temperature.
2. Supported by high-elasticity spiral steel wire for air supply and exhaust.
3. The spiral steel wire is wrapped by PVC black strip, which is wear-and-tear proof.
4. 5m main duct + 1m branch duct+ 1m branch duct
5. Main duct end with steel ring, branch ducts end with bugle sleeve and rope for easy and secure connection.
6. Hanging rings every one meter.
7. Available sizes: 4”-60”. Custom sizes are upon request.
Packing: 1PC/BAG, Bag packing. .

Feature
1. high tensile, shockproof, water proof, uninflammable, anti-static, hot and cold resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, and structure-stability. It is not water swellable fabric.
2. With its strong impact resistance, it is indefectible. Accordingly ensure the perfect ventilation of the digging works, avoid of firedamp accumulation. It plays an important role in ventilation and safety in coal mines.
