Description:
- HVAC air conditioning Aluminium flexible duct is making of the aluminium foil with the polyester. It was designed especially for the needs of the ventilation and air conditioning market.
- It has the advantage of no need to use special tools for cutting or fixing, it does not emit toxic gases in high temperatures. it is fire resistance enduring high temperature.
Construction:
- Single layer aluminum flexible duct (DF-01)
- 1 layer of the aluminium laminated with the polyester with the coil made of the spring wire.
- Total 2 layers: 1st layer: Aluminum foil ( 10um); 2nd layer: Polyester(15um)
- Spring wire: carbon steel from 0.9~1.3mm
- Double layer aluminum flexible duct (DF-02)
- 2 layers of the aluminium laminated with the polyester with the coil made of the spring wire.
- Total 3 layers: 1st layer: Aluminum foil ( 10um); 2nd layer: Polyester(15um); 3rd layer: Aluminum foil ( 10um)
- spring wire: carbon steel from 0.9~1.3mm
