(1) MOQ: No minimum order quantity requirement, but we suggest container load orders, which is the cheapest way to import and ship.
(2) Qty per container: 24 caskets/20GP container, 48 caskets/40GP container, 64 caskets/40HQ, 72 caskets/45HQ.
(3) Payment Terms: T/T or L/C for large purchase
(4) Lead Time: Around 35 days, actual lead time depends on the details of the order you place with us.
Every casket is covered with soft fabric to protect the surface, and then plastic bags to keep clean and tidy, and then packed inside its individual carton box with foam and paddings in necessary areas to prevent any damages. The caskets are usually stacked upon each other, and stacked up to four layers inside a 40HQ container. Most of the importers usually use two types of containers, one is 20GP container, which can hold 24 caskets, the other is 40HQ container,which can hold 64 American style wood caskets.
We cooperatate with any shipping line that you want to use, such as COSCO, CMA, KLINE, HMM, EMC, NYK, ZIM, MCC, APL, HANJIN and so on to deliver the containers, the containers can be either delivered to your local port or directly to your door.
Every single casket is inspected and quality controlled during each phase of the product manufacturing, including timber selection and cutting, gluing wood, profiling, casket assembling, sanding, coloring and upholstery putting, and finished product inspection. A check list is specifically made according to our own manufacturing experience and feedbacks and suggestions from our overseas buyers and importers, the quality of every single casket is the responsibility of an appointed person, whom will be traced back to whenever a problem or quality issue happens.
Third party quality control and order inspection is welcome.
Every casket shipped is guaranteed to have good quality and no damage, if there's any problem that is caused by the factory side or during ocean transportation, we'll take full responsibility and take all the measurements we can to solve the problem, such as replacement, refund or credit.
Step 1. Make decision on which styles you'd like to get, if not sure which is a hot seller, just contact us for advice
Step 2. Make decision on the quantity of each style you'd like to get, contact us to see if your order is making the best use of container space
Step 3. Send the final purchase order to us through email, fax or any other way you prefer
Step 4. Once we receive your final order, we'll issue a proforma invoice to you, the invoice will cover the description of the order, the quanity of each style casket you'd like to get, and unit price, and the total amount.
Step 5. Wire us a down payment to our company bank account once you receive the proforma invoice, and we'll start processing your order as soon as the down payment arrives. We'll keep you posted on the order status every once a while. You can commence the order procedure and make payment through Alibaba as well.
Step 6. We'll notify you when your order is finished, and you can use any of your preferred shipper to handle your shipment, if you'd like us to handle the shipment for you, we're willing to do so for you at no cost, we'll get the best freight quotation from shippers and prepare all the necessary documents for you. You pay us the balance of your order, and we'll put your container on board, all you need to do is to wait for the container to arrive at your door.
Step 7. Once the container arrived in the destination port, you'll need to pay the freight to the shipper, the tax to the Customs in your country, and hire three to four people to unload the container for you.
Step 8. Let us know when you encounter any quality issues or malfunction. We're willing to solve any of the problems by the quality warranty agreement.

(2) Customziation Manufacturing
All our products can be cusomtized in different ways, such as a different wood speices, color, finish, interior, handles, decoration, size or function.

We also help getting other funeral related products for our buyers, such as urns, memorial books, church trucks, embalming tables, and so on.
