Q: How can I confirm what kind of ink I should buy?
A: Check if all the following 3 steps:
(1) What is the brand and model for printer and print head?
(2). What material would you want to print on?
(3). What is the whole printing process flow?
Q: I just want to buy the ink that can add to my printers, similar to the original inks. Is it possible for your inks?
A: Our inks can act 99% like the original inks with the right information. But we can't mix inks with
any other ink brands, include original. (Some model can mix with original, so please ask us.) And don't mix inks with other
materials too. Mixing may cause reactions between the two inks, precipitatation, and then cause blocking.
Q: I just know my application, could you please suggest us suitable ink and printer?
A: Yes, no problem. Just tell us your application, we will suggest you several possible solutions and communicate with you to choose a best one.
Q: How about the goods package? If the customized OEM packing & logo accpeted?
A: Yes, sure! We supply normal OEM packing for free. You need just inform us your logo & packing information in details. We will do for you!
Q: Is it safe for the bottle (inks) during the shipping delivery?
A: Do not worry, we will do enough safety test before shipment, and the bottles with aluminum sealed shim
Q: How much the freight would be?
A: It depends on your area, we used TNT/FedEx/DHL for bulk service, but the discount will be available.
