Plastic shuttering panel
Foretech plastic formwork for construction as a new style envrionmentally friendly building matieral is invented to replace steel formwork and plywood. Its unique advantages have made it the answer to the booming formwork and scaffolding industry.
We use robust plastic material to make our shuttering panels, compared to plywood(absorbs water and starts to swell, delaminate, crack and eventually rot, a lot of oil painting will be wasted, need to be thrown away after 5-8 castings),we gain the benefits as follows:
1) Absolutely waterproof, won't rot;
2) Won't stick to concrete, easy to be handled and released, easy for clean and maintence;
3) Smooth and shiny surfaces on both sides;
4) UV resistant, could be lasted for years;
4) Could be repeatly used for 80-100 castings;
5) Could be 100% recycled after worn out, environmental-friendly;
6) You could get a residual value after 80-100 castings, we could offer you new panels upon recycled based on fixed ratio;
As you may know that plastic could be melt, we use plastic rod and welding gun to repair it:
Step 01: Using hot-air gun to heat the damaged area until the surrounding plastic is soft. Patch up by melting the accompanying plastic strip or rod into the damaged area;
Step 02: Level flat with scraper, leave to cool, sand off for a flat finishing;
The amortized cost for per casting will be much less than plywood.
