Product Description

 

SPECIAL FUNCTION:  

1. One operator, the two orbits can work at the same time. The machine can be stopped to clean screen frame, adding ink at any ti  me, and the machine designed specially to make sure the pen-holder won’t be scorch and out of shape when the machine stop working.

 

 

The printing objects won’t be scorch and out of shape when the machine stop.

2. It can print conicity products, and the maximum conicity is 3°.

3.The printing baseplate has the vacuum function(optional) which can ensure the precision of registering.

4. High printing speed: 2 color----3600pcs/hour    1 color----7200/hour

5. The machine can printing two differents patterns or different kinds of pen-holders at the same time.

6. It have dust-abatement device (optional), which can clean dust on pen-holder before printing.

7. Double scrapers design to keep printing and ink flooding perfectly and reliable.

8.No gear and rack for 2 colors printing, it operated convinently

 

 

 

BASIC FUNCTION:

1. Full electric control, no need compress air, and automatic register control.

2. Uplo pen printer machine price ading and downloading pen-holder automatically, The machine can printing in 1 or 2 orbits, and printing patterns in 1 or 2 colors.

3.The machine run smoothly, and the printing speed and printing stroke are adjustable.

4.Taiwan made transducer which ensure the printing effect consistently.

5.Adopt IR infrared ray (or UV ultraviolet radiation drying system, optional), printing and drying can be finished at the same time.

6.Application: The machine be widely used in the printing of ball pen, water erasable pen, pencil, marker pen, eyebrow pencil, lipstick, medical test tube, etc.
