Specially designed for the circular-shaped applications such as soft tubes, bottle caps and cream bottles. It also supports the operation of polychrome printing and accurate color register.
The main transfer system adopts famous Occident transmission equipment. With the help of accurate interval slicer in high speed, the system is able to realize the accurate transmission of division, which makes this machine perform stably at a printing speed of 4000 times/hour.
The PLC control System enjoys a high reputation. Equipped with simple, convenient and fast touch screen system, man-machine conversation is possible, which makes the operation more handy.
As for the solidification of the printing ink, we use the ultraviolet for realization. The ultraviolet will facilitate the printing effects when the stable performance and electricity-efficiency are guaranteed.
The full-auto loading and unloading manipulator device system promises continual and stable printing work as well as the safety of operating personnel.

6. England high-performance UV drying device, ink instantaneous drying; pull lamp replacement unit, the lamp is easy to replace;
7. The whole machine of mechanical drive, touch screen operation, easily man-machine dialogue, make operation even easier;
8. The eight main parts with CNC machining, high-quality machining accuracy to ensure the stability of high-speed operation, the printing speed of up to 4000pcs/hr.
