Aircraft Warning Spheres / Aerial Marker Ball for Electricity Transmission Line/Power Line Marker Spheres
Aviation obstruction marking spheres are designed to make electricity transmission lines, especially cross river high voltage transmission lines visible for aircraft pilots.
Colors of aircraft warning spheres are important issue. In installations of warning spheres, white and red, or white and orange markers should be chosen according to the background. There should be contrast between aircraft warning spheres and the background environment in order to be able to make aerial marker balls visible.
warning spheres are especially designed to warn approaching air vehicles of power lines hung between supporting towers.
The spheres are used for daytime marking of cables at high-rise transimission lines, transmission cables and river-crossing transmission lines.
warning spheres are constructed from two hemispheres that are connected to each other and to the elevated power line by stainless steel fixing brackets.
Resins used for warning spheres are styrenic polymers which enable to have

The resins, that we used, are weatherproof, high-impact, styrenic polymers specifically designed for use in outdoor applications.
Resistant to sunlight, the resins maintain significant physical properties after weathering.
Note: For guarantee the spheres can fit for cable conductor well, customers need to provide cable diameter, cable material and code.
