Since 1987, Shengyang has been a large-scale enterprise who is professional on custom stamping, deep drawing and welding metal products. Our main products extend to home appliances, water purifier and equipment fabrication.Our parts are widely used in the production of industrial machinery, electrical appliances, building hardware ,automobiles, and water treatment equipment, etc.
The company covers more than 200,000 square meters, with USD26 millions fixed assets, more than 800 employees, with experienced managers, quality inspectors, tooling engineers and an export department. The sales value has achieved to USD45 millions in 2012. In the begining of 2009, we founded a branch in Hangzhou city, covering 20,000 square meters.
Our factories are equipped with more than 600 sets advanced machines,including 300 sets stamping machines (12-160 Tons), 130 sets hydraulic machines (35-350 Tons) and 40 sets welding machine. The tooling machining devices, like EDM shaping machine, linear cutting machine, turning lathe, planning machine, milling machine, grinding machine, drilling machine and boring machine are all available.
Under the development of more than 28 years, Shengyang has formed a set of scientific quality control and management system. As an ISO9001:2000,ISO/TS16949:2009 qualified company, we carry out the system in the whole course of material purchasing, manufacture, inspection and after service.
