Operating principle

     FDF1.2 S1 Solenoid valve is directing operate valve It consist valve body,hermetic coil,terminal boX,plug.While deenergized the coil,media from Plto P2,while energized the coil,plug move upward under magnet force,open the downside oritice.Media flow from P2 to PO.When deenergized the coil again.Plug move downward under pressure function in P1 port and weight force of plug.Open the upside oritice,close downside orifice,return me dia flow direction P1 to P2.

 

Usage:

1.The valve must install in horizontal pipe line under vertical osition. The low direction must be meet the arrow direction in valve body.
2.Installing position should be low viberation.
3.Must install filter before solenoid valve in order to prevent block throttle poft and lead to no function.
4.The coil input power must meet rated input power showed on the label.
5.System operating pressure must be meet open valve performance.
6.Departure coil from valve when energized in coil is limited in order to avoid damage the coil.
