Feature
651 series are quick dry dealcoholization silicone rubber, single component type, with the advantages of neutral and non-corrosive, good insulation performance, moisture-proof, shock resistant, corona resistant and anti leakage of electricity, also with good heating conductive property and bonding positioning function, tensile strength is strong and adhesion property is good after curing, heat dissipation effect won’t lower because of gap contacting. They have good adhesion to metals and most of plastic, also with excellent resistance to cold and hot cycle performance after curing (-50---250℃).
Application
1.Adhesion to the aluminum plate of LED lamp and radiators.
2.Filling and adhesion to the thyristor intelligent control module and radiator, high power electrical module and radiator.
1.Clean surface: clean the bonding surface
2.Application: cut outlet nozzle, extrude silicone rubber by glue gun, coating evenly immediately, then attach bonding surface
3.Curing: cured at room temperature in air

300ml/pc, 24pcs/carton
100ml/pc, 50pcs/carton or 100pcs/carton
