Product Description

636 series are single component silicone rubber, oxime removal type, with the advantages of high elongation, excellent toughness, neutral and non-corrosive, good insulation performance, moisture-proof, shock resistant, corona resistant and anti leakage of electricity. They have good adhesion to metals and most of plastic, also with excellent resistance to cold and hot cycle performance after curing (-50---250℃).

Application: Adhesion to engineering plastics, metals,  glass and ceramic objects;
Used in bonding & positioning electronic components on circuit boards, strengthening and mechanical bonding and sealing.

Technical Data
Using Method
1. Clean surface: clean the bonding  surface.
2. Application: cut outlet nozzle, extrude silicone rubber by glue gun, coating evenly immediately, then attach   bonding surface.
3. Curing: cured at room temperature in air.
