655 series are RTV inflaming retarding silicone sealant, single component type, with the advantages of good insulation performance, moisture-proof, shock resistant, corona resistant and anti leakage of electricity. They have good adhesion to metals and most of plastic, also with excellent resistance to cold and hot cycle performance after curing (-50---250℃). They are specially suitable for adhesion to small electronic components and circuit boards, compared with other silicone sealant products, they have much better inflaming retarding property. 6238 and 6233 have been passed flame retardant grade UL94-V0.
Adhesion to power supplies, positioning, insulation and waterproof for electronic components, inflaming retarding and sealing for many products.
Clean surface: clean the bonding surface
Application: cut outlet nozzle, extrude silicone rubber by glue gun, coating evenly immediately, then attach bonding surface
Curing: cured at room temperature in air
The remaining silicone rubber should be sealed, when using them again, if there is a little crust around nozzle, please remove it, it doesn’t affect the normal using.
Avoid skin and eye contact with using this product, in case of contacting skin, please wipe clean and rinse thoroughly with water. In case of contacting with eyes, rinse with a lot of water immediately and go to your nearest hospital for further care.
Please use the product in a well ventilated area.
