660 series are RTV potting silicone rubber, two components type, with low viscosity and good flowing property, flow quickly and surface is smooth. Deep curing is fast, alcohol molecules are released during curing process, won’t corrode the materials such as copper wires, after curing the performance of resistance to cold and hot cycle and outdoor anti-aging is excellent, good adhesion to most of electronic parts.
Potting to LED lamp modules of display screens, washing wall lamps, project lamps, underground lamps, underwater lamps also potting and protection to common electronic components and circuit boards.
1.Weighing: mix A & B components separately, weigh A & B components as per weight ratio 1:1 exactly.
2.Mixing: put B component to A component, mix evenly, it can be finished by hand or equipment.
3.Defoaming: natural defoaming if the potting thickness is less than 20mm, vacuum defoaming if the potting thickness is more than 20mm.
4.Potting: pot the silicone rubber into the products which need to be potted quickly.
5.Curing: cured at room temperature, after initial curing workers can continue the next working process, complete cured is finished in 24 hours.
