The WMY series suction heater is used to heat high viscosity fluids and heavy oils in large tanks. This heated, lower viscosity fluid can then be easily discharged from the tank. It is researched and developed by the company on the basis of leading products— WMH Serie Vortex Hot Film Heat Exchanger (National Patent Number: 02268208.2).
It uses advanced stainless steel pipes(SUS304)as heat transfer component. By the unique heat transfer component and advanced inner structure, It improve the functions of high efficiency,corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance and less solid fouling to boost overall performance dramatically.It solve the badly waste of heating steam in the processing heating oil in the tank in the fields of oil's storage and transportation.It has played a positive role in saving energy and reducing consumption of the petrifaction industry. It is the national patent product(Patent Number:200720029405.3).

8.With the compact structure and convenient installation and maintenance, It will not effect the oil tank's safety because of the installation of the heater. Compared with U-pipe heater, the outer size of the Vortex Hot Film Heat Exchanger is only half of U-pipe heater's in the condition of the same heat transfer area.
9.It can control the heating steam's feed quantity automatically according to the difference of the Oil's temperature between passing in and out the tank and flow.
