YD3216-KD UV Flatbed Printer adopts original imported KM1024(14pl) print head, and it can print onto super huge flat materials which maximum print size is up to 3200mm*1600mm and thickness within 100mm. The materials including wood, glass, metal, leather, ceramics, stones, paper, PVC, clothes, plastics, buildings and so many more. The print effect of YD-3216-KD is vivid, the print speed is fast and can achieve mass production. It is the best machine for large scale industrial operation, and it can be used to print images onto large format glass, ceramic, metal background wall, entrance, screen and sliding doors etc.

Feature
1. Internal heated industrial print head:
Brand new gray-scale degree KM1024 internal heated industrial print head, gray scale KM1024 (14pl 12kHz) industrial print head, one time print width is up to 72mm and this print head is widely used in printing industry. Super slim and space-saving shape of the print head improves print quality and makes the printer design more exquisite. Seven pieces of KM1024heads are dislocation placed. The print resolution is high, the print speed is fast, the ink droplet is more concentrated and the colors are brighter.
2. Imported high end components satisfy industrial clients’ requirements:
Double HIWIN mute guide line is high resolution, low noise and durable. It ensures the carriage moving smoothly and decreases the shifting of it. The inks will eject more stably and the deviation can be decreased.
Imported Germany tank towline-IGUS mute towline. It is a military tank appliance.low noise, durable and long life time.
3.Humanized safety protection design:
The vacuum table has strong function of adsorbing the material, it can prevent the material slide in the process of printing. When finish printing, the reverse blowing can help taking down the heavy materials easily!
The machine structure is reasonable, the whole steel frame structure adopt tempering treatment materials, stable and reliable, good toughness, high strength, wear-resisting, anti-collision anti-deformation, that protect the printers from deformation caused by the long distance transportation and shipping jounce.
Whole steel frame structure tempering treatment,which adopt dual guide rail steel frame structure,print head can be more steady, running can be more stable and faster.
4.Humanized automatic control design:
Adopts the single servo control of Y axis on both ends of the lead screw, that guarantee the synchronous movement of two lead screw.
Two UV LED lamps, the drying speed is faster and it can achieve bidirectional printing.
Two lead screw guide rail of Y axis, transmit stably, and Y axis motion more accurate, the print error less than 0.01mm.

Anti-collision device: when the print head strikes the media, it will stop, and the print head as well as carriage can be protected. |

Loading and unloading auxiliary device: Dedicated loading and unloading device, it can help us remove a very heavy and large-format medial with little efforts. |

Emergency back-up power supply: When the power is turned off suddenly, the printer can still maintain the normal operation of negative pressure system, and it will be engaged in work quickly once the power is turned on. The 24 hours*7 days production can be achieved. |

Automatic measurement of media thickness:The printer automatically measure with senses distance nozzle and media, which eliminate the procedure that we measure thickness by ourselves. What's more, it saves our time and improves our work efficiency. |

The negative pressure system:It ensures the printer to supply ink smoothly in the production process, even at high speed printing mode. It also achieves long time ink supply. |
