Technical Advantage
Ø DXBS series products are a kind of mortar conveying equipments specially developed according to the characteristics of floor heating projects. They are extensively applied in the large-area and highly efficient construction of fine stone concrete or mortar stuffing in floor heating projects.
Ø DXBS series products are also widely used for the conveying of fine stone concrete, fire-resistant and heat-insulating materials in various construction projects; the delivery of afforesting soil in eco-environment construction; the pressure grouting of various basic piles.
Ø The inner diameter of conveying pipe has developed into φ100 based on formerφ80 so that DXBS series products can convey concrete with diameter no more than 30mm, which makes DXBS series products have broader applications such as the conveying of mortar, small stones and large aggregate concrete.
Characteristics
ØIt adopts advanced S tube to commutate, that can meet the need of fine stone concrete delivery;
ØThe glass plate and cut loop adopt high-hardness and wearing-resistant alloy, having longer service lives;
ØThe outlet pressure is high so able to meet the delivery demand of high buildings and long distance constructions;
ØThe cooling of the hydraulic oil adopts water-cool system, which has a good cooling effect and easy to operate;
ØIt has the function of reversed pumping, so the pipeline block is reduced to the greatest extent;
ØIt is equipped with manual centralized lubrication system, which ensures the rotatable components long service lives;
ØThe electric case is equipped with a wire remote control handle, making the operation much easier.
