2.Q:Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

A:Yes, your logo and company name can be printed on our products and packing, such as gift box, paper card, carton. We will ask for a minimum order quantity, if you want print your logo on our products and packing for free.

3. Q: How about the delivery time?

A : Our delivery time is usually 30 days after design being confirmed.  

4. Q: How about the payment way?

A: The payment way usually is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.

5. Q: Can you make our logo on the appliances?

A: Yes, we provide OEM service which including logo printing, gift box design and carton design.

6. Q: Can I get samples for test?

A: Yes, the samples are available, you just need to pay the sample fee and shipping cost. And we will return the samples fee when you place an order.

7.Q:How much the courier freight will be charged for the samples?

A:Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, and carton size and your area. Our courier agent Fedex and DHL will be save you 20% total courier charges because we have a long-term agreement. However, you also can use your courier company to pick up.
