Thread Shank HSS mini cutter set
1. HSS annular cutter, weldon shank for clamping strength and finish.
2. Applicable to hole cutting and process of annular groove on various magnetic drills and press.
3. Can be used on various materials, like steel plate, Copper, aluminium, cast iron, stainless steel and plastic. And complex material available for drilling, a higher cutting speed available.
4.Selected special-purpose carbide tips with multi-cut geometry for ply-cutting and lower friction. Reduced damage of tips and improved performance of ships removal.
5.Multi-ply cutting end edge geometry, to improve removal of ships and keep less resistance.
6. Can be customized Φ150mm - Φ200mm, depth can be extended to 200mm according the needs of special occasions.
7. The product is mainly used to process the hole of steel compenent, such as steel structure project, railway traffice, bridging, shipbuilding, machine manufacture, aviation and spaceflight.

- Yes, special drawing and design will be evaluated by our technical department, unit cost will be calculated by finance department for your final confirmation. All procedures will be informed and confirmed with you in advance.
4. Can I get a sample?
- Yes. Samples are welcome to us before mass production. But few extra cost and products cost will be charge from customer first, and sample cost will be back to customer once started mass production.
