This high quality welding and brazing alloy is an alloy of copper and zinc with small addition of silicium, silicon, nickel and manganese to assist deposition.This addition refines the alloy--HZ-Ag1B, lowers the melting range, improvingelectrical conductivity and increasing ductility.
Having a slightly lower melting range, is recommended for the brazing of galvanized steels, while protecting the zinc coat. Its high fluidity and good capillarity makes it suitable for brazing tricky works.
Heating can be achieved by induction, torch or by furnace.Most used in lock-smithing and work shops.A flux is necessary.
