Specifications:
l The core selects high quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet. 45ºC inclined seam. Five steps to fold the iron. Core column and iron yoke are multistage circular cross section shape,. So that the transformer can get lower no-load loss and noise.
l According to the size of the transformer capacity, high-voltage wire is the double glass enameled copper wire, between layers is the H-class glass fiber cloth and glass mat insulation. The low-voltage part is winded by copper foil, between layers is the epoxy resin presoak cloth insulation which has very high mechanical strength and the ability of resisting the sudden short circuit.
l Clip pieces are the low magnetic steel sheets and coordinate structure. They are processed by sandblasting and coating which makes their overall structure looks beautiful and has high mechanical strength.
l Every phase is equipped with independent cooling fan and split type thermostat which can reduce the temperature effectively and improve the transformer output capacity to guarantee the operation of transformer.
l The insulation heat resistance levels of the dry type transformer are Level B, Level H, Level F, etc. The heat temperature is 130ºC, 155ºC and 180ºC respectively. This series product selects new materials and new process, so the SG10 type has the Level H of the insulation heat level which is more reliable and safer.
