What’s Evaluation System? 

NANHAO Evaluation system is a software system designed on the base of analysis of traditional OMR’s advantage and disadvantage, to fulfill huge data input demand in student testing, company evaluation, questionnaire survey as well as other fields. Users can easily design the answer sheet themselves and print in plain paper, no need to order special OMR sheet.

l        Low requirement about answer sheet printing:

The answer sheet can be printed by plain paper (60g/m2 or above). Photocopying, printing and offset printing are all accepted.

When some error occurs such as wrong exam ID, repeat exam ID, it’s convenient to make correction by taking the original image, no need to check the paper answer sheet

Working flow of NHII Evaluation system

Working flow 1: Design answer sheet

l        The system has its own answer sheet generator that can flexibly design answer sheet according to the test paper.

l        100% use text editing software (such as MS Word) to complete the answer sheet designing, no need for code programming.

l        Just input the necessary information (such as title, exam ID bit, objective question’s number and score, subjective question’s number and score), and it can generate the answer sheet in MS-word format, and support edit and revise on it freely.

l        The system has its own typesetting function of line spacing and character spacing.

 Working flow 2: Design reorganization module

l        Strong answer sheet compatibility to flexibly recognize various kinds of answer sheet.

l        No need of second process for the original image like erasing and editing.

l        Guiding design of the module making process, and user can easily operate as the guiding.

l        Simplify the module designing and the system can automatically recognize and match the objective questions’ information matrix.

l        Automatically match the positioning point, accurate in position.

l        The objective questions can be copied and available to zoom in and zoom out the module image.
