Tripitaka Building Materials CO., LTD. is a marble factory focusing on Crema marfil coto marble for more than 15 years. Levantina company is our quarry cooperator.
Our polished slab at stock is about 400 thousand square meters with different quality grades, supporting for building project, estate compnay, personal home decoration.
1) Choose the slab:
A: guarantee the quality grade, thickness;
B: guarantee the background color and texture;
C: make sure the using ratio;
2) Cutting slab into tile:
A:We have 6 infrared bridge cutting machines and other process machine; The output is about 210 square meters tile per day.
B:Choose to cut the good part of the slab and leave the problem part like have dot, large glue, crack, vein, lines etc.
C: There is almost not tolerance in tile size;
3) Sorting the tiles:
A: Lay the tiles on the floor piece by piece as the room shape and dry them;
B: Pick out the one has problem like dot, crack, vein, glue etc;
C: Adjust the background color and texture to make whole look to more beautiful;
D: Check the tile size and thickness again;
4) Add the water-proof liquid on the tile surface and sides; If the size is thin and long, will enbed steel bar on it.
5) Pack them in the fumigated crate with styroform, polythene wrapper, plastic belt;
For one 20' container, the quantity of each thicknesses crema marfil coto marble are as follows: (For tile only, slab should be considered their dimension.)
