1>. What’s your warranty period?
All our products have three years warranty on free charge, in case the amplifier is burned in the future, please tell me issue describe, then give us your repair instruction with picture, please just ask your technician to replace burned components, then solve problem.
Of course, we will provide technician support for over three years products, but you should pay for spare parts and shipping cost at that time.
2>. What’s your payment term?
For the sample order, we can accept T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram or Paypal.
But for the Batch order, we support Payment term by T/T
( 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment ).
3>. How many days you could deliver?
For the sample order, we could send by Express upon receipt of this funds.
You could receive them approx 3-5 days after we receive the deposit.
For the batch order, we will produce on the premise of guarantee quality as soon as possible.
4>. What's mode of transportation?
For the sample order, we will deliver by Express, like DHL, Fedex, TNT and EMS.
