Ring size: 95mm 2.5k mm 1st ring 2.0hk mm 2nd ring 4.0mm oil ring
Material: We use alloy cast iron , ductile cast iron , high alloy cast iron for compress ring and scrap ring and stainless steel for oil control ring
Casting: we introduce American high frequency induction furnace technology and auto three-positions molding machine of German to make sure the mold’s precision.
Heat Treatment: We follow German and Japanese piston ring material standards and use precise auto measurement and control furnace to heat-treat (quenching and backfire, stabilize the time effect ) piston ring of the material.
Surface treatment: we have unique electrode rotary system and electroplating liquid circulation system and auto control and pre-alarm system. Phosphating, gas nitriding, salt-melting nitriding , FSD and PCVD .
Processing: we use inner and exterior circle machining technology from German Goetze. We Own high-precision V5C surface grinder, molding grinder and honing equipment and steel combined oil ring’s technology.
