No material deposits counterflow cooler for animal feed production line
Advantage of No material deposits counterflow cooler/feed pellet cooler
- The conterflow cooling principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and moisture,so as to avoid the pellet surface crack caused by sudden cooling produced by direct touching
- between cool air and hot pellets. Airlock feeder is adopted for feeding , with large air volume,
- resulting in good cooling effect.
- Slide type or swing type discharging mechanism, smooth and reliable running,no material deposits.
- Low energy consumption and easy operation.
Application of feed pellet cooler/No material deposits counterflow cooler
Feed cooler is very important part in feed producing line. Temperature of granular feed from pellet machine is 80-100 Celsius, that could not be packed directly. Usually we equipped cooling system for the line to cooling granular feed by counterflow .
The feed pellet cooler also should be equipped with cyclone dust collector and fans.
