refund for any product found to be defective so long as the product is returned according to the Returned Goods instructions in the Sales Policy. JAJJAY shall not be liable for any consequential loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use of, or inability to use, this product.
Return Goods Policy
All Returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods AuthorizationNumber. This number is available by calling our customer service department. Invoice number, sales order number, and date of shipment must be supplied in order to receive proper authorization.
Note:. Altered or specially made items are not returnable for credit.
ETCHING
We have imported Etching System from Fischer Germany and we use the Etching Chemicals only imported from Germany which we import by ourselves directly from Fischer and Schilling. This ensures rust free and high quality etching on the instruments
