QUALITY CONTROL
100% of the Light LED Lamp will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability, and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours'lighting. Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the led light bulbs to see if it still work well. Each light should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer .
ATTENTION
1. It should be used at the working temperature of -20°C~ 50°C.
2. Do not use in humid or vibrated locations.
3. Your range of input voltage is whether suitable for product or not.

1. All goods will be guaranteed for 2 years after shipment for normal use only (8hours per day is better).
2. Improper use (wrong voltage, wrong power supply, wrong dimmer etc) will not be guaranteed.
3. For quality problem, we will send free replacements for bulbs or other spare parts as requested together with next order.
4. For damaged goods, you need to inform us within three days after receiving the goods. We will send you replacement spare parts (bulbs) or help to claim from the forwarder.
Q1. What’s your main business line?
A: We specialize in led lighting equipments, such as: led bulb, led downlight, led tube, led ceiling light…besides, we provide switches, sockets, light trough and other electrical equipments.
Q2. Did you have your own factory?
A: Yes,we have. So we can give you the better price than other companies which don’t have factory.
Q3. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:"Quality is priority". we always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. We promise 2 years warranty for most of our led lights.
Q4. How about the Water-proof function?
A: Considering the the satuation of navigation, when we design and develop a lamp or connector, we will test and inspect several times to make sure all of them have a wonderful water-proof performance. Downlight is almost IP 40, ceiling is IP 30, T8 and Bulb are almost IP50, IP65.
Q5. Can the price be cheaper?
A: Of course, you will be offered a good discount for a big amount
Q6. What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)? .
A: Depending on demand
Q7. How about the warranty?
A:We offer 2 years warranty. All products are gone through strict test by our experienced QC before shipment. During in warranty time, if any quality problem, we will be fully responsible for it.
