PRODUCT FEATURES
Our circuit breaker is widely used for industrial area, shopping mall, commercial areas, high building and civil house. When there is human electricity shock or if the leakage current of the line exceeds the prescribed value, it will automatically cut off the power to protect human safety and prevent the accident due to the current leakage.
Tam Kim joint stock company is a manufacturer and trade of electrical and water equipments with famous brands: ROMAN – electrical equipments, decorative lights. SUNMAX and KOHAN – water equipments.
With over 17 years of experience in field together with passionate leaders, it has branches in 3 regions North, Central and South with nearly 800 people. Tam Kim’s products are manufactured and packaged at two factories with total area of 72,000 m2. The first factory is located in Dong Van Industrial Zone – Ha Nam province with total area of 32,000 m2, the second one is located in Southeast extension Industrial Complex – Phu Ly – Ha Nam province with total area of 40, 000m2
Tam Kim currently intends to focus on green – environmentally friendly products, expanding size of company, building and reorganizing factory as well as production chain of energy-saving LED lights, securing consumers’ health.
1. What’s your main business line?
A: We specialize in led lighting equipments, such as: led bulb, led downlight, led tube, led ceiling light…besides, we provide switches, sockets, light trough and other electrical equipments.
2. Did you have your own factory?
A: Yes,we have. So we can give you the better price than other companies which don’t have factory.
3. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:"Quality is priority. we always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. We promise 2 years warranty for most of our led lights.
4. How about the Water-proof function?
A: Considering the the satuation of navigation, when we design and develop a lamp or connector, we will test and inspect several times to make sure all of them have a wonderful water-proof performance. Downlight is almost IP 40, ceiling is IP 30, T8 and Bulb are almost IP50, IP65.
5. Can the price be cheaper?
A: Of course, you will be offered a good discount for a big amount
6. What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)? .
A: Depending on demand
7. How about the warranty?
A:We offer 2 years warranty. All products are gone through strict test by our experienced QC before shipment. During in warranty time, if any quality problem, we will be fully responsible for it.
