TALENT® metal ceiling panels are made of superior-quality aluminum sheets with the process of punching ,forming ,cleaning and washing ,surface peisercative treatment ,spray painting with high-grade plastic powder and solidification by high temperature .they are high-grade decorative materials for indoor hung ceilings with multiple functions of fire-resistance ,damp resistance ,alkali resistance ,contamination resistance ,scrub resistance , ect .
(1)Fire resistance :Guarding against fire is a question of the first importance in designing modem public buildings ,especially high-rise buildings .Because of the property of fire resistance ,TALENT aluminum ceiling panels are considered as the most ideal materials for fire resistant hung ceiling .Tested by the National Quality Test Center of Fireproof Building Materials ,the panels are determined as products reaching the quality of level B1(fire resistance)
(2)Damp resistance :Being subject to damp and deformation is a universal hard nut for most ceiling materials .TALENT aluminum ceiling panels’ properties of resistance to damp ,contamination and scrub will keep the panels new for a long time without deformation.
(3) High temperature resistance : Because of this property ,TALENT aluminum ceiling panels are considered as the first choice for decorative materials of hung ceilings in high temperature evironments .
(4) Decorativeness :TALENT aluminum ceiling panels are made with more than 100 patterns and dozens of colors .That will provide designers limitless space of imagination.

Operation Instructions for TALENT® Aluminum Ceiling Panels
1. Note for Construction
(1). Aluminum hung ceiling should be constructed according to design. You may refer Illustrations of Product Applications by our Company. During the construction make sure to firmly connect the hanging points ,and the planeness must measure up to the standard.
(2). It is recommended to choose specialized high-grade engineering carries and necessary accessories produced by our Company.
(3). Construction of hung ceilings of TALENT® aluminum ceiling ,after fixing all doors, window ,and finishing all the indoor net work ,fixing all the pipes and lines inside the planned hung ceiling ,and finishing water-pressure testing and leakage detecting for all the water pipes and drain pipes.
(4). Aluminum hung ceilings are generally light hung ceiling .If one is designed to be strong enough to hold up a person ,heavy-duty carriers must be used for construction .Heavy objects such as large decorative light ect. must not be hung directly to the carries .Hanging point must be specially designed for such heave objects.
(5). It is recommended to it into the frames .Do not press the center of panel so as to avoid deformation.
2. Notes for Transportation and Storage:
(1). While transporting ,there must iron angle protections at positions between the binding bands and the cartons of panels ,lest the cartons should be damaged .While unloading ,the cartons must be handled with care in accordance with the direction indicated by arrows on the cartons.
(2). In storage ,aluminum ceiling panels should be supported by wooden pallets 15 cm higher than the floor and with a distance of 40 cm from the walls .The heaps shall not be more than 3 cartons.
(3). In transportation and storage ,please pay attention to the warning signs on the cartons.
