Introduction
KLB Series Big Bag Packing Machine is used to pack granules or powders, like peanuts, nuts, rice, nuts, white granulated sugar, pistachio, toasted bean, peppers, snacks, pet food, fish feed, or flour, powder, powder sugar, salt, etc.
Features
1. The whole structure of the machine made of stainless steel except the motor, cylinder, electrical accessories, pneumatic components, sewing machine.
2. Independent weighing hopper to weigh: anti-vulnerable to outside influence, with separate bags, work fast.
3. Discharge material mouth of the feeder is with pneumatic valve to ensure the higher-precision and prevent to leak.
4. The big-size of the feed-in mouth of the feeder (400 x 400MM) can avoid product block.
5. Single weight sensor: keep the machine at more stable and higher sensitivity.
