1. Adopt import AC motor and frequency control of motor speed, run stably.
2. Using heat sealing packing materials, Rotary Packing Machine Automatic Zipper Pouch Packing Machine can complete the procedures of conveying product, weighing, conveying bags, open bags, filling product, sealing, zipper closing, conveying final packages continuously and automatically.
3. The bag shape could be three sides or flour sides sealing, or stand bag, etc.
4. Different products could be packed by choosing different filling machine.
5. Composed by Simens PLC, Simens touch screen, Simens frequency inverter, Panasoinc servo motor,
SMC sucker, Schneider switch, Omron coder, Omron solid relay, Omron intermediate relay, Schneider AC
contactor, Schneider air circuit breaker, Simens temperature controller… all int’l brand electronic parts. Rotary Packing Machine Automatic Zipper Pouch Packing Machine has high integrated level and control ability.
6. Photoelectric sensor, encoder and close switches are all adopt advanced sensing element.
7. With powerful digital automatic counting function, Pouch Packing Machine can record the index for each batch of product such as total bag number, pass rate and difference of single bag, etc.
8. Strong compatibility and more compact structure with it directly installed on the upper part of packing
machine.
9. Suitable to use flat bag, stand-up bag, zipper bag, wide-bottom bag, side spout bag, etc.
10. Fully made by stainless steel 304.
