Product detail:
We use the superior basic fabrics+ superior coating.
The basic fabrics could be made into 100% polyester or mixed polyester and viscose.
The coating is PA (polyamid) double dot coating.
Packing:
Packaging Material: polyester pag per each roll and woven bag outside per each two rolls, or as per the customers' requests.
We have over million meters of grey fabrics stock and ready made interlining goods kept in our warehouse.
Delivery time for a 40" HQ could be within 2 weeks.
We also use carton boxes to keep the peper core safe during the transportation according to your request.
factory :
Till now, Tianma company have own 3 coating lines (2 of them are double dot coating and another one is powder dot coating) which capacity are over 150,000 meters per each day; 3 dyeing equipments which are imported from Germany and Korea;and also over 150 superior weaving machines start into use since the year of 2008, that helps Tianma to keep the steady quality products to all of our customers.
Test equipments;Bond strength test, water washing& dry cleaning test and also the shrinkage after waterwashing or fused could be made all by ourselves.

1. If you want to test the quality and we can accept small quantity , for the regular items, the sample order could be 100 meters.

Gross weight: 17.5 tons
Cubage 24-26 square meters , could load around 50,000 meters , load quantity depends on the different weight of products.
b, 40' CTN: 11.8*2.13*2.18m
Gross weight: 22 tons
Cubage 54 square meters , could load around 100,000 meters , load quantity depends on the different weight of products.
c, 40' HQ: 11.8*2.13*2.72m
Gross weight: 23 tons
Cubage 68 square meters , could load around 130,000 ~150,000 meters , load quantity depends on the different weight of products.
