NBR Material: Not recommended for using in highly polar solvents such as acetone, and MEK, ozone, chlorinated hydrocarbons and nitro hydrocarbons. Silicone Material: Not recommend is suitable for most concentrated solvent, oil, concentrated acid after dilute sodium hydroxide. FKM/FPM/Viton Material: Not recommended for ketones, low molecular weight esters and nitro containing compounds. EPDM Material: Not recommended for food use or exposure to aromatic hydrogen. |

| 1) What if I only need small quantity which is less than our MOQ? |
| A: We can produce for you if our price is accepted. |
| 2)If I find that the fee of sample couriered by DHL,TNT or Fedex is too expensive, what should I do? |
| A: If you do not need the sample urgently, we will arrange a cheap courier for you. However, it always needs much more days to deliver if you can wait. Or if you place a mass production order with us, freight fee of sample and fee of mold and die could be refunded to you in the future. |
| 3)What if I don’t have product sample to show you? |
| A: Please provide product drawing, photo or detailed specifications: material, color, inner diameter, wall thickness, length, standard, quantity etc. |
| 4) Are you recruiting nonexclusive agent? |
| A: Yes, we are. |
| 5) What is your delivery time? |
| A: We usually need 10 working days to produce the products. Specific delivery time depends on your quantity. |
| 6) What if we found there is quality problem after receiving goods, how do you deal with it? |
| A: For large order, note that normally there is a certain scrap rate. However, we have the after-sale service. |
| 7) If I would like to visit your factory or inspect your factory, what will you do for me? |
| A: We could apply invitation letter for you or your inspector. When you arrive in our nearest airport, we can pick you up. |
