According to our company’s rule, sample is freely provided, but freight cost need to be paid by your esteemed company. And we will return the cost to you when you place the first order with us.
2.The printer software is in other language?
Our software is in English, if you need other language, we can provide you it in your language if you help to translate it.
3.How about the printer software?
The software is developed by ourselves, easy to understand, convenient to operate.The most important is that we upgrade all the time. And the software build in memory, can print after power off and restart.
4.What computer system does software run?
It can run in Windows XP,Win7, Win8
5.How does this machine work? Can I have a video for the procedure?
It directly print on different material. For the video you can contact our sales person to download it from the link.
6.How much is the Freight?

7.How about your transport packing? Is it possible to damage the printer during the transportation?
We have rich experience on international transportation. All the packing are extra thickness carton or wooden box filling with protective PE foam and waterproof membrane. No damage happened during transportation until now.
8.How long will you send my printer after I make payment?
Usually, the printer will be sent to you within 3-5 working days after confirming your payment.
If any reasons to make delivery delayed, our sales will notice you immediately when you make payment.
9.How can I pay ?

10.What's the consumable?
They are PLA/ABS filament, WAX filament and elastic material for FDM type printer.
And fullcolor liquid resin for 3DP printer.
Chocolate powder and marble chocolate for chocolate printer.
11.Can I print model in wax? And is it breakable?
Yes, we research and development the wax filament, it was harmless to human’s health.
And the wax has some resilience, it is not fragile.
12.Can I control what color for what part of the model to be printed?
Yes, you can.Our printers has dual nozzles, you can print different colors and different materials at the same time. And the filament has more than 20 colors.
