T Shirt Printing Direct To Garment
One of the biggest advantages of discharge printing is the “soft hand feel” it leaves which means when you touch the fabric, you get an amazingly soft “hand” or feel. If you print on dark garments by white ink it leaves usual white layer of ink and creates a "thick" feel on the design.
You can print beautiful full-colored prints without the use of pre-treatment at all, saving time and costs.

Main Function:
The digital t-shirt printer UN-TS-MN109D can print any images directly on white and black textile t-shirts. And the designs on the objects are waterproof and fastness. With our special unique software, the operation is quite easily for everyone. Besides it have our own researched ink head cleaning system which could totally deal with the ink-head clog problem.
1. Print directly any image, photo, words, logo on dark t-shirt and white color t-shirt |

The step of printing on t-shirt:
1. Light T-shirt:
Print ink to t-shirt directly! Not need any pre treatment.
After printing, need heat 1 minute. That’s the entire step!
2. Dark T-shirt:
a. print pre treatment on the t-shirt.
b. print white ink.
c. print color ink
d. heat 1 minute.
