1. Cardboard standard
Seller guarantee the machine suitable A,B,C ,E ,flute 3 ply corrugated cardboard and A,B,C,E combined 5ply corrugated cardboard, kraft paper weight from 125g -250g , corrugated paper from 112-180g.
2. Test condition:
1) The quality of paperboard can be accepted by market , bend degree not more than bending coefficient 0.015 . that is, when width of cardboard is 600mm the distance of highest .
For example
Width of paperboard bending height bending coefficient
300mm 4.5mm 0.015mm
600mm 9mm 0.015mm
1200mm 18mm 0.015mm
2) The material of printing plate should good quality no dust.
3) The size range of paperboard test: any size in within technical parameters
4) Rated speed measurement: cardboard press machine, the size in 600 * 1200, the speed can be up to 80% of the design speed, the machine speed can ensure accuracy of the following functions. As printing need must have tow bar.
5) Print quality: in the first color printing can print size range with cardboard front as reference point, alignment precision range of plus or minus 1 mm; The second color, the third color with the color as the reference point, the alignment precision range of + / - 0.75 mm, not free to print or uneven color of the phenomenon; There are tow flowers nor or part in the printing with ink.
