Outdoor Waterproof WPC Pavilion WPC is a mixed new wood material by PVC with more than 35% to 70% of the wood powder, rice husk, straw
waste plant fiber instead of by the usual resin adhesive, through extrusion, mould pressing, injection molding
processing, then is the finished panel and profile.It Mainly used in building materials, furniture, logistics package, etc. we call it extrusion wood plastic composite plate that is mixed in certain proportion by the plastic and wood powder after hot extrusion.
1) Water and moisture proofing. Solving the problem of easily decomposed and bulking fundamentally when
the wood products get water absorption in the Moisture and washy environment.
2) Insect and termite resistance. Protect it from insects and extend their working life.
3) Colourful. It is with both the natural wood texture and can be also customized according to your own
character.
4) Strong plasticity , can easily realize the personalized form and fully express the personalized style.
5) High environment protection , non- pollution and recycling. No benzene homologs , 0.2 formaldehyde ,
lower than the EO standard.
6) High fireproofing. Can retard the inflaming , and fire rating is B1 ; can generate nothing poisonous gas.
8) Install easily , need nothing difficult construction process, saving installing time and cost.
9) No cracking, no inflation, no deformation, need no repair and maintenance .
10) Good sound-absorbing and energy saving , saving 30% of the cost.
