1.Input Characteristic
1.1 Rated Input Voltage
The charger shall operate from 100 Vac to 240 Vac and range switching is unnecessary
1.2 Rated Input Frequency
It is nominal for 50Hz or 60Hz and single phase
1.3 Input Frequency Range
The charger shall operate with an input frequency from 47Hz to 63Hz
1.4 Efficiency
The average efficiency over 68.2% when the input voltage is 115Vac and 230Vac (Remark : The average efficiency measured at 25%,50%,75%,100% four active load .)
The maximum no-load power is 0.3W while input is 115Vac and 230Vac.

2.4 Output ripple
While input is 100Vac and 240Vac, with Full-Load and No-Load out ripple voltage is less than 80 mv ,measured methods: performed by 20MHz bandwidth in oscilloscope. Applied 0.1uF ceramic and 10uF electrolytic capacitor across output connector terminals measured at the end of DC cable.
2.5 Short Circuit Protection
The charger is protected that a short happened between the output terminals and shall not result in a fire hazard, any damage to this charger and will be normal operation automatically while the short is removed.
2.6 HI-Pot test
3000 VAC. current 10mA max.(at 25℃)the voltage applied to the insulation under test is gradually raised from zero to the prescribed voltage and held at that value for 3S.
