(1) Shell Hydrostatic Test

ANSI B 16.34 Section 7.1
Valve Size NPS Test pressure Test Time. Sce
Below DN50 1:5 times the 100°F 15 Sce
DN65~DN200 Rating of  ANSI  Class 60 Sce
Up DN250 Max. Operating Pressure 180 Sce
  Test pressure should be above 1.5 times  than the valve's Max work pressure (100F)  

(2) Seal Hydrostatic Test

The pressure should be more 1.1 times than working pressure by seal hydrastatic test

(3) Seal Air Test

Seal air leakage test is based on 80PSIG(6kgf/cm2) inert-gas or the air reach the test pressure, then close the valve. after that check the valve whether it is leakage or not.

1.What's payment terms?   30% payment in advance, 70% balanced before delivery.  (if total value is USD$ 500, we suggest 100% payment in advanve.)

2.What's MOQ?   One set.    (if small size, we can check if free sample or not, freight need to be paid by customer.)

3.How control the quality of ball valve?

Select high quality raw material; Strict required during machining; Seat material comply with food grade; Tested twice to insure zero leakage; First copper plating disc, then nickle plating disc to increase the adhesiveness

4.Delivery time?

10-30 days after received the advance payment.  (if stock, about 10 days)
