1. The use method below,
It's better to follow doctor's advice.
Start the machine, keep 3cm distance from the machine to skin, and then irradiation.
The first initial irradiation need about 40s, then check the skin color.
If the skin color slightly red, write down the actual time of irradiation.
After that every irradiation with that time your wrote down.
