Specifications
BOP is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 16A standardProduct Features
•The design and manufacture of the annular BOP complies requirements of API Spec 16A and GB/T20174 completely. It is equipped with rubber cores of various dimensions that it can meet all kinds of demands.
•Pressure bearing parts are made of high quality alloy steel with good strength and impact toughness.
•The rubber storage of the rubble core is large ,so the frictional resistance is small when turn it on and turn it off ,and the well killing sealing assistance ability is strong.
•The sealing rubble core is interchangeable with the foreign BOP rubble core of the same type.
•The piston stroke is short, low, and equipped with the wearing ring.
•Use lip-type seal ring, the sealing is reliable and the service life is long .
Ram BOP
•Use ram of floating or floating or integral type,the sealing is reliable and it is easy for renewal.
•Both sides of the shell chamber type adopt orthodrome type,transitarc all around and lower the stress peak of the shell pressure bearing.
•Bead welding stainless in the gasket groove of the BOP flange.
Choke/Kill Manifold
Choke and Kill Manifold are important well control equipments used for control of overflow and blowout of oil and gas well, implementing near balanced drilling. The choke manifold controls the casing pressure, maintains the balance of downhole pressure through decompression and flow opening, protecting the wellhead. The kill manifold implements well killing operation through pumping well killing liquid into the well, to avoid accident and guarantee safety production.
•Working pressure:2,000PSI~15,000PSI
•Nominal diameter:2 1/16″~4 1/16″(52mm~103mm)
•Working medium: petroleum, natural gas, mud, gas containing H2S and CO2
•Working temperature:-60°C~121°C(KU level)
