Specifications
We specialize in manufacturing a large quantity of Headboard Struts that are using sustainable hardwood.We offer wide range of size based on your inquiry, so far we are providing 3 typical sizes:
Size 1: 16 x 40 x 610mm (24 inch), slot 10mm x 255mm,
drilled with 2 x 7mm @ 165mm, 25mm from end.
Weight: +/-200g
Size 2: 16 x 40 x 660mm (26 inch), slot 10mm x 290mm,
drilled with 2 x 7mm @ 165mm, 25mm from end.
Weight: +/- 220g
Size 3: 19 x 57 x 760mm (30 inch), slot 10mm x 360mm,
drilled with 2 x 7mm @ 165mm, 25mm from end.
Weight: +/-400g
Strut Specification:
Type of wood: Eucalyptus, Acacia, Pine…
Moisture content: 12%
Colour: Natural finish (Not Varnished)
Supply Capacity: 4 20ft Container or 200,000 struts / Month
They are suitable for use in bedding applications, in close contact with human skin.
