Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 500 pcs.
Q: What’s about your OEM?
A: Customized design and logo are welcomed.
Q: How about the sample policy?
A: Most of our samples are free, except the new mould and customized logo. Customer only need to pay the cost of courier by Express. And the freight is refundable when order confirmed.
Q: How to deliver sample?
A: Customer provides consignee account number of the Express. DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS,Fedex by air within 3 working days.
Q: What’s your Payment term?
A: T/T, Western Union, PAYPAL. Deposit 30%, balance 70% before shipment.
Q: How long to make a sample?
A: 7~10days which depends on the samples' complexity.
