SB1000S series of land shaper adopted the most advanced Korean Mechnical ridging technology.Could earthing,molding,ramming in one time.The ridge will be more strong,straight and smooth to use this land shaper,also have more advantage to resist water.With more lower cost,but get high working efficiency.This land shaper was the most ideal equipment for repair the old ridge and made new ridge.
Features:
The machine could nomally ridging for the soil moisture content from 20% to 80%;
The main features for this ridger was that,the soil been stirred and pushed into the centre of the ridge when the rotary blade cuts the old ridge and cultivate the underground.After this,the 16pcs of elastic ram chip ramming the side of the ridger,and the upper pinch roller ramming the top of the ridger,then build the new and compact ridge;
The side of the ridge could used for transplant rice seedling at the same year after you used the land shaper build the new ridge.
It need above 2 times ridging if you used this ridger for new land.
